The invention discloses a polyester powder coating with the sterilizing effect and a preparation method and application thereof.The coating is prepared from, by weight, 55-60 parts of hydroxyl polyester resin, 9-12 parts of aliphatic polyisocyanate, 1-20 parts of a citri reticulatae viride extract, 5-10 parts of anatase nano-titanium dioxide, 1.0-1.5 parts of a flatting agent SF-7, 0.5-1 part of benzoin, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant 1010, 1-10 parts of ammonium salt, 0-10 parts of pigments and 1-20 parts of a chingma abutilon seed extract.The polyester powder coating is prepared through the steps of preparing of the citri reticulatae viride extract, preparing of the chingma abutilon seed extract, mixing and crushing, extruding and sieving.The coating is reasonable in preparation, low in preparation cost, high in finished product activity, good in sterilizing effect and capable of solving a series of problems such as product demulsifying, going bad, mildewing, fermenting and stinking which are caused by bacterial contamination.
