The invention belongs to the field of ocean platform structures and relates to a settleable ocean platform which comprises winding shafts, a groove, well drilling equipment, a convex block, a ship, a left cover plate, a right cover plate, ballast compartments, motors, speed reducing boxes, gears, ballast pumps and an integrated control line. The ocean platform is formed by the ship and the cover plates, the cover plates are mounted outside the ship in a sleeved manner through the winding shaft and include the left cover plate and the right cover plate, the winding shafts transversely penetrate the whole ship, the motors are fixed on the left side and the right side of the ship and drive the winding shafts with the gears to rotate, the groove is arranged on the upper surface of the left cover plate, the convex block is arranged on the right cover plate, the well drilling equipment of various kinds is mounted on the upper surface of the ship, the ballast compartments are arranged in the ship, and pump and drain water through the ballast pumps, and both the ballast pumps and the motors are controlled by the integrated control line which penetrates an outer plate of the ship to be connected at a control end on the water. Consequently, by the settleable ocean platform, the problem that a conventional fixed ocean platform is unadjustable in height and cannot submerge in the water to resist strong wind and big waves is solved.
