This layer, along with the inner enamel epithelium, is responsible for the tooth enamel formation. It is a part of the dental (enamel) organ.

The invention discloses a multilayer composite ultrafiltration membrane and a preparation method thereof. The multilayer composite ultrafiltration membrane is characterized by being provided with five layers of structures, wherein each of the inner and outer surfaces of the ultrafiltration membrane is a PET or PP non-woven fabric base body, each of the inner and outer subsurfaces of the ultrafiltration membrane is a polymer nanofiber membrane layer, and the middle layer of the ultrafiltration membrane is a cellulose nanofiber membrane layer. A polymer in the polymer nanofiber membrane layer is selected from one of polyether sulfone, polysulfone, polyacrylonitrile and polyvinylidene fluoride film forming polymers, and then is processed to prepare a spinning solution, and electrostatic spinning dope forms the polymer nanofiber membrane layers on PET or PP non-woven fabrics serving as the base bodies for electrostatic spinning collection. The cellulose nanofiber membrane layers are prepared by selecting one of bamboo, wood, cotton and linen, dissociating fiber slurry and processing. The multilayer composite ultrafiltration membrane prepared by the method has good hydrophily, higher pollutant resistance and water flux, and better interception characteristic, and is more economical in use and longer in service life.

Microplates with UV permeable bottom wells

Microplates and methods for manufacturing microplates. The microplate is designed to allow UV radiation to pass through the bottom wells of the microplate so that the microplate can be used for assaying samples by use of UV absorbance. In one embodiment, the microplate comprises at least first and second wells, each well having a UV permeable bottom. In another embodiment, the microplate comprises a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion contiguous with the upper portion and a sheet disposed between the upper portion and the lower portion and defining the bottom of at least one well of the microplate. One embodiment of the method includes steps of inserting a sheet of UV permeable material into a mold cavity that includes sections shaped to form the sidewalls of the plurality of wells, injecting molten plastic material into the mold cavity, and cooling the plastic material to form the microplate with the plastic material forming the sidewalls of each of the first and second wells and the sheet of UV permeable material forming the bottom of each of the first and second wells. Another embodiment of the method includes providing an upper plate defining sidewalls of at least one well, adhering an intermediate layer to the upper plate and adhering a sheet of UV permeable material to the intermediate layer. A further embodiment of the method includes inserting a sheet of material having at least one hole into a mold cavity, injecting a molten plastic material into the mold cavity and cooling the plastic material to form a microplate.

The preparation method includes the steps: uniformly mixing cement and quartz sand according to a certain proportion, adding water, stirring the cement, the quartz sand and the water to form cement slurry, and pouring the cement slurry to the bottom of a sample mould to form a rock layer of a coal-series reservoir group; uniformly mixing the cement, the quartz sand and pulverized coal according to a certain proportion, adding water, stirring the cement, the quartz sand, the pulverized coal and the water to form coal-bearing slurry, preparing at least ten parts of coal-bearing slurry containing different proportions of pulverized coal, pouringthe coal-bearing slurry to an intermediate layer of the sample mould layer by layer according to the sequence from small proportions of the pulverized coal to large proportions of the pulverized coalto form the transition zone of the coal-series reservoir group; uniformly mixing the cement, the quartz sand and the pulverized coal according to a certain proportion, adding water, stirring the cement, the quartz sand, the pulverized coal and the water to form coal-bearing slurry, pouring the coal-bearing slurry to the top of the sample mould and inserting a plurality of mutually perpendicular paraffin slices to form a coal and rock layer of the coal-series reservoir group. The mechanical property of the object model sample prepared by the method is infinitely close to that of the real coal-series reservoir group.

Sodium alginate-corncob mixing gel solutions with different concentrations are configured by using sodium alginate and modified corncob, and are respectively added into an inner-layer circular inner cavity, an intermediate-layer annular inner cavity and an outer-layer annular inner cavity in an annular cylindrical mold according to the descending sequence of the concentration of the corncob; a plurality of pillars parallel to a center shaft are uniformly arranged in the direction, perpendicular to the bottom plane of the mold, of the inner surfaces of the bottom surfaces of the three inner cavities or the inner surface of a top cover of the mold; after the mold is filled, the top cover of the mold covers the mold, and the mold is cooled and sized, and then is released to obtain a sodium alginate-corncob annular porous adsorption plate. The invention further provides the application of the adsorption plate prepared by using the method to adsorption of cadmium in soil. The method is quickly effective, easy and convenient to operate, low in treatment cost and free from secondary pollution; the adsorption plate has an obvious adsorption fixing effect on cadmium of different concentration in soil; a novel technical method is provided for remediation of the soil polluted by cadmium.

The composite expanded and vitrified microbead heat-insulation mortar slab consists of an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a sandwich layer, wherein the sandwich layer is expanded and vitrified microbead heat-insulation mortar; the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are expanded and vitrified microbead heat-insulation mortar doped with ultralight ceramsite aggregate, wherein the ultralight ceramsite with the bulk density of being lower than 300Kg/m <3> is selected. The mass ratio of the ultralight ceramsite to the expanded and vitrified microbeads is 1: 1. The production method comprises the following steps of: respectively preparing dry blend of the upper surface layer, the lower surface layer and the sandwich layer according to the used proportions, then respectively and uniformly mixing, respectively adding water according to the ratio of 1: 1 of water to each mixture, respectively stirring for 3min, forming a slab in a mould, and adjusting the thickness of the slab according to actual requirements, wherein the thicknesses of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are respectively 5-10mm, and the thickness of the sandwich layer is 30-60mm. The heat-insulation mortar slab has the excellent properties of light weight, small heat insulation coefficient, fireproofness, high surface strength and the like.
