The invention discloses an adjustable multi-factor environment
field simulation test device for water and
pesticide atomization behavior research, and belongs to the technical field of
plant protection equipment. The air supply scheme that the single
centrifugal fan is combined with the
branch controllable air distribution box and the uniform array air supply
pipe assembly is adopted. According to the invention, under the conditions of controllable main flow and incoming flow wind fields and temperature and
humidity environments, the
particle size distribution change of the same
fog drop group under the combination conditions of different movement distances, different wind speeds, temperatures and
humidity parameters is compared and analyzed, so that the
evaporation rate evolution characteristics of
fog drops in the movement process are quantitatively represented; and the
coupling relationship between the
fog drop
evaporation behavior and the motion trail thereof is further disclosed. Meanwhile, in combination with gradient
wind field and lateral disturbance
wind field conditions constructed by the device, systematic research on drifting,
diffusion and evolution processes of the fog drops in a complex composite
wind field can be expanded, so that the motion-
evaporation evolution law of the fog drops under the condition close to a
real field environment is comprehensively reflected.
