Degradable liquid mulching film and production method thereof

The invention relates to a degradable liquid mulching film and a production method thereof, particularly to an environment-friendly degradable liquid mulching film with straws as a basic raw material and a production method thereof. The degradable liquid mulching film is prepared from steaming slurry of crop straws (such as wheat straws, rice straws, cotton straws, wood shavings, and the like) or straws paper-making black liquor as a main raw material by a series of reactions, such as sulfonation, crosslinking and copolymerization, of macromolecules in the slurry or the black liquor, such as lignin, cellulose and polysaccharides, under the action of a film formation additive. The macromolecules in the degradable liquid mulching film have a large amount of hydrophilic groups which can effectively catch the water molecules evaporated and diffused from soil to the air, so as to prevent water evaporation and heat loss arising therefrom, thereby increasing the temperature and preserving soil moisture. The degradable liquid mulching film is helpful for increasing crop yield and improving crop quality; and the yield is higher than that by use of a plastic mulching film, and the per mu yield is increased by more than 5%. The degradable liquid mulching film can replace the conventionally used plastic mulching film.

Squid living body transportation method and special ink control chute

The invention discloses a squid living body transportation method which comprises the steps of: (1) starvation, namely, starving a selected adult squid to lead the squid to emptying feces; (2) stimulation for ink jetting, namely, stimulating the squid to jet ink, then putting the squid in a special ink-control chute, and stimulating the squid to jet ink again and separating the jetted ink from the squid; and (3) gas control cooling, namely, putting the squid in an independent plastic packaging bag, charging storage and transportation gas which can reduce vigor of the squid, and then transporting the squid living body after low-salinity-gradient cooling. The invention also provides the special ink control chute used in squid living body transportation. The special ink control chute is provided with a chute body with U-shaped section; two ends of the chute body are open; the bottom surface of the chute body is provided with a drainage structure; and at least one baffle plate which can reduce the sliding speed of the squid is transversely arranged in the chute body. Therefore, the squid living body transportation method and the special ink control chute have little damage to squids, can ease deterioration of transportation water body, have longer transportation period of living body and longer distance, and have convenient implementation.

The invention provides a high-temperature and low-temperature gas-phase composite desulfurization and denitration method. The high-temperature and low-temperature gas-phase composite desulfurization and denitration method comprises the following steps: a) introducing flue gas; b) uniformly distributing the flue gas; c) carrying out flue gas turbulence; enabling the flue gas to penetrate through awater layer concentrated at the bottom of a catalytic contactor to realize sufficient contact between the water layer and a spraying solution; d) carrying out desulfurization and denitration treatment, wherein the spraying solution is a water solution containing NaClO and NaOH; e) removing nitric acid and nitrite in water and mixing the water with an ammonium chloride solution. The desulfurizationand denitration method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, absorbing NO, SO2 and less NO2 in the flue gas by utilizing the water solution containing the NaClO and the NaOH; then transforming the nitric acid and nitrite ions in the water into nitrogen gas through the ammonium chloride solution to be released. According to the high-temperature and low-temperature gas-phase composite desulfurization and denitration method, very good desulfurization and denitration effects can be realized under a high-temperature or low-temperature condition; the desulfurization anddenitration efficiency can reach 95 percent or more; the method has remarkable beneficial effects and is suitable for being popularized and applied.
