According to the seed conveying direction, the high-throughput rice seed sorting device comprises a seqencing and feeding unit, a detecting and sorting unit and a guide groove unit communicating with an external seed collecting container, and further comprises a photographing unit, a device substrate and a control system; and the seqencing and feeding unit is used for seqencing and conveying seeds and is provided with a conveying and transferring channel communicating with a material box, the control system is used for sensing the positions of the seeds through a pressure sensor connected to the detecting and sorting unit, and the control system controls the photographing unit to collect image information of the seeds in real time. Staggered supporting rods are adopted in a detection area, and the seeds continuously collide with the supporting rods in the falling process, so that the speed and posture of the seeds are changed, then multi-angle real-time imaging of the seeds in the falling process can be achieved, and the imaging reliability is improved; and meanwhile, due to collision in the falling process, the falling speed of the seeds is reduced, and the requirement for high-speed image processing performance is lowered.
