The invention opens up a new way for in-situ synthesis of polypyrrole in hydrogel, and provides a new idea and new method for application of a hydrogel strain sensor in wearable field.

The emulsion mainly consists of a hard monomer, a soft monomer, a functional monomer, reactive tackifying resin, a reactive emulsifier, an initiator and a curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a monomer dissolved with the tackifying resin into the aqueous solution of the reactive emulsifier for pre-emulsification by adopting the pre-emulsification semi-continuous seeding polymerization process, performing polymerization on the pre-emulsified liquid through the initiator, and adding the curing agent to prepare the high temperature-resistant polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the invention has heat resistance of 200 DEG C, has excellent water resistance, aging resistance and mechanical property, and can be widely applied to the fields of electronics, electrical appliances, automobile manufacturing and the like.
