The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of an aqueous nano-
pigment dispersion liquid, which relates to the field of preparation of
colored photoresists and is used for overcoming various defects of a
solvent type
pigment dispersion liquid and increasing the developing efficiency of a
pigment. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing 2.5-40 percent by weight of distilled
styrene for removing a
polymerization inhibitor, 2.5-20 percent by weight of an acrylic ester
monomer, 0.25-5 percent by weight of a crosslinking
monomer, 0.05-0.5 percent by weight of an emulsifying assisting agent, 0.05-0.5 percent by weight of an oil-soluble initiator and 0.25-2.5 percent by weight of an organic pigment to be dispersed, and fully dissolving to form an
oil phase solution; dissolving 0.05-2.0 percent by weight of an emulsifier and 0.05-2 percent by weight of a
buffering agent into 40-90 percent by weight of deionized water to form a water phase solution; mixing the oily phase solution with the water phase solution, stirring, and ultrasonically homogenizing into a fine
emulsion; and transferring the fine
emulsion into a reactor, introducing
nitrogen gas, heating, initiating
polymerization, reacting for 10-40 minutes, adding 0.5-5 percent by weight of an alkali-soluble
monomer, continually reacting for 1-5 hours, cooling to the
room temperature, adjusting the pH to 8-10 with
ammonia water, filtering, and discharging to obtain the aqueous nano-
pigment dispersion liquid.
