A light wavelength converting apparatus includes a semiconductor laser having a gain region, a phase region, and a distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) region, a nonlinear optical device for receiving fundamental-wave light emitted from the semiconductor laser and outputting second harmonic wave light, a first optical detector for monitoring an output of the fundamental-wave light, a second optical detector for monitoring the second harmonic wave light, and a control portion for controlling at least a drive current for driving the semiconductor laser. The control portion includes a control parameter determiner, and a wavelength controller. The control parameter determiner changes a DBR current supplied to the DBR region and a phase current supplied to the phase region to obtain a changing point that corresponds to a discontinuous change in an electrical signal from the first optical detector, and determines a control parameter for controlling the DBR current and the phase current such that the relationship between the DBR current and the phase current is not located on the changing point. The wavelength controller controls the DBR current and the phase current pursuant to the control parameter such that an oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser can be continuously controlled.

An apparatus for controlling an automotive vehicle having a drive power source, a transmission having a plurality of operating positions that are selectively established, and a manually operable vehicle accelerating member, the apparatus including a target-drive-force setting portion operable to determine a target vehicle drive force on the basis of an operating amount of the accelerating member and a presently selected one of the positions of the transmission, such that the determined target vehicle drive force permits a smooth change of an actual vehicle drive force with a change of the operating amount of the vehicle accelerating member, irrespective of a shifting action of the transmission, a first controlling portion having a relatively high operating response and operable to effect a transient control of a torque of the drive power source so that the actual vehicle drive force coincides with the target vehicle drive force after the shifting action of the transmission, and a second controlling portion having lower operating response than the first controlling portion but is capable of continuously controlling the torque of the drive power source, the second controlling portion being operable to effect a continuous control of the torque of the drive power source following the transient control by the first controlling portion, so that the actual vehicle drive force coincides with said target vehicle drive force after the shifting action of the transmission.

The invention discloses a temperature compensation method of an output torque of a permanent magnet synchronous motor for a vehicle based on a neural network. The method aims at the influence of temperature on stator resistance and a permanent magnetic flux linkage and comprises the following steps: building a neural network model for describing non-linear coupling action of the temperature on multiple parameters of a vehicle-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor; and based on the built neural network model, designing a temperature compensator on the output torque, so that the motor can be effectively and continuously controlled and an ideal and smooth output torque is obtained. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a temperature compensation control system is adopted, the controller regulates the control quantity according to different motor temperatures, and then real-time control is carried out on the motor, so that the smooth output torque is obtained, and the operation difficulty of a technician is lowered; and the voltage control quantity does not need to be adjusted according to an efficiency map in real time and can be adjusted in real time according to the continuous change of the temperature, so that the control precision is greatly improved.

The invention discloses an intelligent driving local track fault tolerance planning method based on lane lines and GPS following. The method includes steps: firstly initializing a following mode and establishing an intelligent driving vehicle coordinate system; secondly discriminating the recognition states of GPS data and the lane lines according to GPS and lane line information; then calculating a fault tolerance deviation according to the discriminated recognition states, and updating the following mode; and finally performing local path and track planning based on the new following mode. According to the method, the validity of various data is determined, the accuracy of subsequent calculation is improved, the fault tolerance deviation is designed based on various data states, the fault tolerance deviation is dynamically updated in real time, the system complexity is simplified, the practical application is easy, and the robustness of data processing is improved; and real-time state transition of the following mode is performed according to multi-sensing data including the GPS and the lane lines, continuous and smooth control of multiple following states is realized, and the comfort and the stability of intelligent-driving vehicles are improved.
