A locking key and a locking bolt are arranged on a handle, the locking key is jointed with one end of the locking bolt, the upper surface of the locking bolt is jointed with a torsional spring, and the other end of the locking bolt is jointed with a lockhole on a lock tray; the handle is fixedly connected with a front lower latch hook, the external end of the front lower latch hook is jointed with a lock column, the middle point of the front lower latch hook is connected with the middle point of a rear lower latch hook by a connecting rod component, the inner end of the front lower latch hook is connected with a roller wheel component, the roller wheel component is blocked into a lower slideway, the rotating shaft of the rear lower latch hook is connected with a rocker arm by a torque tube, the external end of the rear lower latch hook is jointed with the lock column, the inner end of the rear lower latch hook is fixedly connected with the roller wheel component, the roller wheel component is blocked into the lower slideway, a rear upper rocker arm is connected with the rocker arm by the connecting rod component, the inner end of a rear upper latch hook is fixedly connected with an upper roller wheel component, and the upper roller wheel component is blocked into an upper slideway. In respect of the ventilation window, a set of mechanism is added in the handle and an outboard unlock function is added on basis of the bird collision resistance of the ventilation window, thus ensuring higher safety and reliability of the mechanism.
