wind power-used compact pre-fabricated substation structure
transformer field. The 35kV
wind power-used compact pre-fabricated substation structure is composed of a shell, a high and low-
voltage power transformation device, a
transformer, and a solar
photovoltaic power generation system, wherein the shell is provided with a high-
voltage room, a cable room, a maintenance room and a low-
voltage room; radiators of the
transformer and the transformer body are exposed outside the box body; high-voltage wire outgoing of the transformer adopts a pure porcelain
bushing and is arranged on an outer large steel plate of a transformer connection
flange surface; four low-voltage wire outgoing bushings also adopt pure porcelain bushings, are adjacent to the high-voltage
bushing group and are vertically arranged, and are connected with the low-voltage cabinet by using a
copper busbar. A high-voltage AC isolation vacuum load switch-fuse combined electric appliance transformation device is adopted for the
high voltage. The top cover of the pre-fabricated substation is provided with solar panels for providing an operating power supply for the high and low-voltage switch, necessary actions of the high and low-voltage switch in any condition can be ensured, the device reliability is improved, the service life of the pre-fabricated substation is prolonged, the occupied area and the use space are saved, the
investment cost is reduced, and the pre-fabricated substation structure design is particularly suitable for high cold and dry and hot climates in a northern region.
