The periphery of a stator iron core is fixedly provided with a plurality of axialthrough cooling tubes on the motor base, and the cooling tubes are communicated with an air outgoing cover disposed at a shaft-extension end of a rotating shaft. A bearing device is installed in a bearing seat, and comprises a bearing bush and an oil slinger, wherein the bearing bush is disposed in the bearing seat. The bearing seat consists of a bearing upper seat and a bearing lower seat. The internal fans are symmetrically disposed on the rotating shaft between the bearing device and a rotor in a fixed manner. The bearing lower seat comprises separator plates which are fixed at left and right sides of the bearing seat body. The separator plates enable the cavity of the bearing seat to be divided into a left oil pool, a central oil pool and a right oil pool, wherein the left, central andright oil pools are communicated. The oil slinger sleeves the periphery of the bearing bush, and is located in the central oil pool of the cavity of the bearing seat. A non-shaft-extension end is provided with an external fan, and is provided with a curved-path fan cover. The motor provided by the invention improves the structure of the bearing seat, improves the self-lubricating effect of a bearing, is additionally provided with the curved-path fan cover, prolongs the propagation path of air, and reduces the noise.

Novel solar cell double-trapping-light structure with AAO nanometer gratings

The invention provides a method for introducing an AAO template as a nanometer grating to a solar cell structure, and discloses a thin film silicon solar cell double-trapping-light structure with AAO nanometer gratings on the surface and the bottom. A surface decreasing structure of the double-trapping-light structure is composed of AAO and ITO, and a back reflection structure is composed of AAO, ITO and Ag. FDTD solution software is utilized for optimizing structural parameters of the AAO. According to the double-trapping-light structure, surface reflection losses of a solar cell can be effectively reduced, the light path of photons with the long wavelength in an absorbed layer can be improved, and therefore light absorption of the thin film silicon solar cell within the range of 280 nm to 1100 nm is increased, and the absorption can be relatively increased to reach 74.44 percent. Due to the fact that the AAO is easy and convenient to manufacture, low in cost and suitable for mass production, it is predicated that in the near future, the AAO will certainly play a bigger role in application of the thin film silicon solar cell.

Provided is an organic solar cell comprising: a first electrode layer formed on a substrate; metal nanoparticles adhered to the first electrode layer; a hole transfer layer having a nano-bump structure, the hole transfer layer being formed on the metal nanoparticles; a photoactive layer formed on the hole transfer layer; and a second electrode formed on the photoactive layer. The organic solar cell contains the metal nanoparticles on the electrode, and the hole transfer layer formed thereon has a nano-bump structure whereby an increased plasmonic effect is produced, resulting in increased photoelectric current. Further, the photoactive layer has a concavo-convex structure, which increases light absorption so that optical efficiency can be improved. In addition, it is possible to form the nano-bump structure using a simple dry aerosol process without a complex exposing process or transferring process, thereby significantly improving economic efficiency.
