The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic module
nondestructive testing, and particularly relates to a photovoltaic module internal
circuit integrity detection method and
system based on
magnetic field rotation imaging, and the method comprises the steps: collecting discrete three-dimensional
magnetic field data of a photovoltaic module; spatial interpolation is carried out on the discrete three-dimensional
magnetic field data, and a high-density magnetic field vector grid with second derivative continuity is constructed; constructing a
current density vector by using the space partial derivative of the magnetic field vector based on the physical constraint of the Maxwell-
Ampere law; the Euclidean norm of the
current density vector is calculated, and the magnetic field rotation full modulus is obtained; and performing adaptive enhancement
processing on the calculated magnetic field rotation full modulus to generate a thermodynamic diagram reflecting
current distribution, and identifying current
abnormality caused by grid breakage, pseudo
soldering or subfissure according to continuous fracture or strength attenuation of a highlight area in the thermodynamic diagram. According to the invention, high-resolution and visual imaging of current abnormal defects such as broken gates, cracks and pseudo
soldering can be realized under outdoor
natural illumination.
