The printing ink feeding-dispersing cylinder comprises a feeding-dispersing cylinder body, a cylinder cover, a driving motor, a rotation shaft, a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, a feed inlet, and a discharge outlet. The feeding-dispersing cylinder body has a dual layer structure and comprises a dispersing cylinder outer layer and a dispersing cylinder inner layer. The cylinder cover is covered on the top of the feeding-dispersing cylinder body. The driving motor is arranged on the center of the cylinder cover. The driving motor penetrates the cylinder cover and is connected to the rotation shaft. The top of the left side of the dispersing cylinder outer layer is provided with the cooling water inlet, the bottom of the left side of the dispersing cylinder outer layer is provided with the cooling water outlet, the top of the right side of the dispersing cylinder inner layer is provided with the feed inlet, and the bottom of the right side of the dispersing cylinder inner layer is provided with the discharge outlet. The grinding temperature of the printing ink is reduced. During the grinding process, the printing ink is dispersed and stirred, the solvent volatilization is prevented, the dispersion speed is increased, the dispersing effect is improved, the pressure in the cylinder and the external pressure are balanced, thus the dispersion becomes more stable, the work efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
