The invention relates to a micro-inclined condenser tube bundle arrangement method capable of reducing thermal resistance. The method is based on the basic principle of the heat transfer theory, steam is condensed on the outer wall of a condenser cooling water tube after being discharged from a last-stage blade of a steam turbine, and condensed water can be gathered on the surface of a heat exchange tube and evolved into a water film, so that the heat exchange thermal resistance of the tube bundle is increased. When the tube bundle has a preset inclination angle, the condensation water film slides down along the tube wall when increased to a set thickness, the thickness of the water film is continuously increased in the downward sliding process, and when the gravity is larger than the component force of the adsorption force in the vertical direction, the water film drips down. A part of water film thickness can be reduced in the downward sliding process, impurities in the tubes can flow out under the action of gravity, and the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchange tube bundle is improved. According to the principle of hydraulics, small water drops attached to the condenser tube bundle are subjected to stress analysis, the appropriate micro-inclined arrangement angle of the condenser tube bundle can be directly solved through a function, calculation programming is easy, and the method is of great significance in optimizing the arrangement mode of the condenser tube bundle and improving the heat transfer performance of the condenser.
