The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a parallel
water cooling disc assembly of a
lithium battery. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing N aluminum flat pipes; (2) two collecting pipes are prepared, each collecting
pipe comprises a composite aluminum
pipe, each composite aluminum
pipe comprises an inner-layer plate and an outer-layer plate compounded on the outer wall of the inner-layer plate, and the
melting point of the outer-layer plate is lower than that of the inner-layer plate; (3) preassembly is conducted, specifically, the two ends of each of N aluminum flat pipes are inserted into the corresponding mounting hole in the corresponding collecting pipe, a
brazing filler metal piece is clamped between every two adjacent aluminum flat pipes, and a component
assembly is manufactured; and (4)
brazing is conducted, specifically, the component
assembly is placed in a
brazing furnace, brazing is completed, and the parallel
water cooling disc assembly is manufactured. According to the parallel flow water-cooling
disc assembly manufactured by the invention, the aluminum flat pipe has a flat outer surface, so that the contact area with a
lithium battery can be increased, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the wall thickness of the aluminum flat pipe is relatively thin,
heat transfer is facilitated, and the heat exchange efficiency of the parallel flow water-cooling disc
assembly is about three times higher than that of a plate type water-cooling plate assembly.
