The invention discloses a formula based on separation and extraction of bakuchiol and an industrial production method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing supercritical extraction on a raw medicinal material to prepare an oily substance, then stirring an oily sample, prepared according to a ratio of a column mass ratio to a sample of 13.3: 1, with an eluent according to a mass ratio of 1/3, uniformly loading the oily sample, and then allowing the oily sample to slowly flow into a dry surface of silica gel along a stirring rod; conducting pressing at a speed of 0.02 column volume per minute to infiltrate the silica gel surface, performing flushing with an eluent having a sample mass ratio of petroleum ether to ethyl acetate of 3:1, and repeatedly adjusting a flow rate according to a polarity principle to separate the sample; and finally, adding an antioxidant, adding 1.5-2.0% of a decolorizing substance according to the properties of the sample, conducting repeated decolorizing at 50 DEG C two times, and finally, conducting concentrating until no solvent smell exists to obtain a red transparent substance. According to the invention, a control technology in the pretreatment and posttreatment of samples and in an experiment process is optimized, and the purposes of reducing cost and greatly improving yield and purity can be achieved.
