The invention relates to a process for treating alkaline waste water with oil by using
ozone, which comprises the steps: the industrial alkaline waste water with the oil and industrial
acid water is taken as material and neutralized; the flow is calculated by PLC through a
mathematical model and the flow calculation is accurate; the air flotation is used to carry out pre-treatment and the water after the pre-oxidization is discharged into an
ozone pool; the ozonation gas is exposed in the
ozone pool and the strong oxidizability of the ozone is used for resolving the oil in the water; then, the oil is treated by the depth treatment from a contact oxidation tank, thus reducing the pollutants
discharge in the water and meeting the requirements of the
water discharge. Index of the
discharge water: the oil is equal or less than 5mg / l, the COD is equal or less than 70mg / l, the SS is equal to or less than 10mg / l; waste alkali
neutralization is calculated through PLC by
mathematical model andthe flow calculation is accurate; the oil is removed by the ozone, thus reducing consumption of the
system; the contact oxidization tank is used as a depth
treatment system, thus reducing the consumption of ore filler and being able to start and stop randomly; the
system has high intellectualization and can be intervened manually based on the experience. The invention has advantages of low investment, low operation cost, wide resources, complete reaction, favorable
treatment effect, compact structure and convenient management.
