In the prior art, the design ash conveying guarantee value of an electric field I of an electric dust remover is 55.5 tons per hour, the design output surplus is small, and the maximum ash production of the electric field I is 57.5 tons, so that the production requirement cannot be met, and the operation rate and efficiency of the electric dust removal electric field are seriously influenced. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adjusting the switching sequence of an air inlet valve, an air supplementing valve I and a blowing assisting valve; (2) increasing the ash conveying end pressure value from 35KPa to 90KPa; (3) additionally arranging a DN219 ash conveying pipeline in an electric field I, and connecting two bin pumps in series to pass through one ash conveying pipeline; (4) adjusting the air inflow of throttling orifice plates of the air inlet valve, the air supplementing valve I and the blow assisting valve according to the coal quality and the system output condition; and (5) adjusting a dome valve, and adjusting the gap between a sealing ring of the dome valve and a valve element to be 0.8 mm-1. 4mm. The method is used for improving the output of the positive-pressure dense-phase ash conveying system and optimizing the ash conveying operation.

The automatic fault detection method comprises the steps that a camera is installed above a crane operating table, a disc face is arranged at the position of the operating rod controller of a linkage table, a first marker is arranged on the disc face, and a second marker is arranged on a handle of the operating rod controller; when the crane operating rod controller breaks down, the camera collects and processes images, the range of the disc face is recognized through the first marker, and the position of the handle on the disc face is recognized through the second marker. The operation position and the gear of the operation rod controller are determined through the position of the handle on the disc surface; and the expert system determines the IO corresponding condition of the crane PLC according to the operation position and the gear of the operation rod controller, compares the IO corresponding condition with the IO actual condition of the PLC, and outputs the position of a fault IO point. Under the condition that technicians of a crane manufacturer are not on site, on-site maintenance personnel can be assisted in fault judgment, and maintenance time and cost are greatly saved.
