The signal processing system calculates the volume of a logistics box according to height data obtained by employing the laser distance measurementmodule, area data obtained through image analysis and input information, and gives weight of the logistics box; the logistics box volume and weight measurement system and the implementation method thereof can achieve real-time automatic measurement of the volume and the weight of the logistics box on a production line at the same time, and are efficient and accurate; and moreover, compared to a screen target method or dual (multi)-view vision measurement system, the system provided by the invention does not need matching of feature points, and therefore problems of low texture of objects, repeat texture, overlapping and non-continuity are solved, and computation complexity is observably reduced.
