Formation method and equipment of acid cycle plate

A method and a device for acid circulation pole plate formation are disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: a high-level acid-storing tank, a flow control valve, a temperature control heater, an acid inlet pipe, an acid-gathering tank, an acid outlet pipe, a low-level acid-storing tank, an acid pump, and an acid return pipe are provided outside a formation tank to constitute an acid circulation pole plate formation device; an acid flow of acid liquor in the high-level acid-storing tank is regulated in a range of 50 to 100 ML / S via a flow control valve through the flow control valve; the acid is heated to 20 to 40 DEG C via a temperature controller and flows automatically into the formation tank; then after the formation tank is fulfilled with the acid, the acid overflows into the acid-storing tank through an overflow hole and then into the low low-level acid-storing tank via the acid outlet pipe; finally the acid is returned to the high-level acid-storing tank for acid storage via the acid pump and the acid return pipe, concluding acid circulation and acid temperature control. The method changes a static state of acid in a formation tank of the prior art, gets rid of polarization effect of the formation process, improves formation efficiency, saves formation time and electric quantity consumed for formation, and directly leads to reduction of area and space taken by the pole plate formation process.
