The invention relates to the technical field of governing of
waste gas, in particular to a method for governing
waste gas in a 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid workshop. The treatment method comprises the following steps: 1) introducing
waste gas required to be governed into an alkali washing
tower and performing alkali washing, and keeping pH in the
tower to be constant in the process; (2) introducing the gas subjected to alkali washing into a primary water absorption
tower,
processing for certain time, and subsequently absorbing the surplus
moisture through a
demister and removing high-boiling residues by using a pretreatment device; (3) pressurizing the gas treated in the step (2), and subsequently introducing the gas into an
activated carbon adsorption box through a
machine; (4) enabling the gas treated in the step (3) into a condenser, fully condensing the gas into liquid, and enabling the liquid to enter into a layering tank; layering
dichloroethane and then enabling the
dichloroethane to enter into a
storage tank, and enabling waste water to enter into a waste water
system; and (5) enabling the gas treated in the step (4) to enter into a photocatalytic device and performing photocatalytic oxidation to obtain a final product. According to the treatment method provided by the invention, the
dichloroethane in the waste gas can be effectively purified and recycled, the
pollution is reduced, the environment is protected, and the resources are reduced.
