The invention discloses health beverage. The health beverage is prepared by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of fructus terminaliae immaturus, 12 parts of lonicerae flos, 10 parts of oroxylum indicum, 15 parts of liquorice, 14 parts of radix polygonati officinalis, 5 parts of houttuynia cordata, 10 parts of lepidium meyenii and 10 parts of radix platycodi, wherein a sweetening agent is also added and is one or more of white granulated sugar, red sugar, xylitol, saccharose and honey. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: (a) chopping the fructus terminaliae immaturus, the lonicerae flos, the oroxylum indicum, the liquorice, the radix polygonati officinalis, the houttuynia cordata, the lepidium meyenii and the radix platycodi according to the parts by weight, mixing, decocting with water, and filtering to obtain water extracting liquid; (b) filtering the water extracting liquid, and then concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract; (c) carrying out vacuum drying on the extract into blocks at the temperature below 80 DEG C, then crushing, and sieving by a 100mesh sieve to obtain dry powder; (d) adding the dry powder into purified water, heating and stirring to be dissolved completely, cooling, and filtering to obtain clear and transparent beverage stock solution; and (e) fixing the volume of the beverage stock solution, degassing, sterilizing and then filling.
