The water reducer is prepared from a polyether macromonomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, a slow-release functional monomer and a phosphorus-containing functional component through polymerization and post-modification, and a molecule simultaneously contains a carboxylic acid group, a polyether side chain, a slow-release structural unit and a phosphate group. By introducing the synergistic effect of a slow-release structure and a phosphate group, the adsorption and dispersion capability of the water reducing agent on cement particles and calcium ions is improved, so that the water reducing agent has relatively high water reducing rate, good slump retentivity, relatively low bleeding rate and excellent mud-containing adaptability. The preparation method is simple in process, mild in condition, easy to industrialize and suitable for premixed concrete, high-performance concrete and complex aggregate concrete systems.
