The present invention relates to a self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer, a method for preparing the self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer, a composition comprising the self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer, and a resin product made from the composition. The self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer has excellent self-plasticizing properties and processability; and products made from the vinyl chloride-based copolymer also have excellent biological properties. The invention provides the self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer. The self-plasticizing vinyl chloride-based copolymer comprises a structural unit (a) based on vinyl chloride and a structural unit (b) based on a monomer represented by formula (1): CH2 = CR1COO (R2O) xR3 (1), whereinR1 is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and a linear or branched alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, and R2 is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and a branched alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms. Polycarbonate containing nonlinear optical chromophores, synthesis method and application thereof

The present invention relates to a polycarbonate containing nonlinear optical chromophores, a synthesis method and an application thereof. According to the present invention, bischloroformate and nonlinear optical chromophores containing double hydroxyl groups are subjected to copolymerization so as to successfully introduce the nonlinear optical chromophore molecule into the polymer chain segment of the polycarbonate, and concurrently a bisphenol monomer is introduced to adjust the number of the nonlinear optical chromophore molecules in the chain segment so as to effectively prepare the suspension connection type polycarbonate electro-optic material containing a certain amount of the nonlinear optical chromophore molecules; after the polycarbonate containing the nonlinear optical chromophores is dissolved with an organic solvent and then is subjected to film coating, the maximum electro-optic coefficient of the prepared polarized electro-optic polymer film is 75 pm/V, wherein the prepared electro-optical material has a high glass transition temperature, such that the nonlinear optical chromophore molecules have good orientational stability in the material; and the polycarbonate containing the nonlinear optical chromophores has the following structure.

Fluorine-containing syndiotactic polystyrene and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to fluorine-containing syndiotactic polystyrene and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of preparation of polymers and solves the technical problems of extremely low polymerization rate and transformation rate of current fluorine-containing polystyrene in coordination polymerization. The fluorine-containing syndiotactic polystyrene comprises a repetition unit with a structure expressed as formula (I) and a repetition unit with a structure expressed as formula (II). The formula (I) and the formula (II) are shown in the description. Experimental results show that the syndiotactic selectivity of the fluorine-containing syndiotactic polystyrene is not less than 90%; the content of structure units of the fluorine-containing styrene can be randomly adjusted between 0 and 100%. The preparation method of the fluorine-containing syndiotactic polystyrene firstly achieves high-activity, high-transformation-rate and high-selectivity coordination polymerization of the fluorine-containing styrene for the first time, achieves copolymerization of the fluorine-containing styrene and styrene under any monomer ratio for the first time, enables the insertion rate of the fluorine-containing styrene to be freely regulated and controlled, and breaks through the limitation that the conventional fluorine-containing styrene is low in possibility of coordination polymerization; through the method, the complete transformation of the monomers can be achieved.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a lignin modified environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving lignosulfonate to obtain a lignin solution, and adding a biological enzyme and a mediator into the lignin solution to jointly depolymerize lignin to obtain a depolymerized lignin solution; (2) adjusting the depolymerized lignin solution to be weakly alkaline, and adding a silane coupling agent for grafting reaction to obtain a lignin modified solution; and (3) adding formaldehyde and urea into the lignin modified solution to react so as to obtain the lignin modified environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. According to the invention, the preparation method of the lignin-modified environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive is mild in reaction condition, environmentally friendly and free of pollutants, graft modification is conducted on ash, copolymerization of lignin, ash particles and urea-formaldehyde resin is achieved, the usage amount of formaldehyde in the urea-formaldehyde resin synthesis process is reduced, and the problems of high formaldehyde release amount, poor environmental friendliness of the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and the like are solved.
