The invention provides novel sewage treatment equipment and a utilization method. The novel sewage treatment equipment comprises a sedimentation tank, an extrusion tank and a heat exchange tank. A primary filter tank is arranged at an inlet of the sedimentation tank, and an outlet of the sedimentation tank is connected with the extrusion tank. A lifting device is arranged on the bottom face of theextrusion tank, extrusion devices are arranged on other five faces of the extrusion tank, and a filter bag is arranged on the lifting device. An outlet of the extrusion tank is connected with the heat exchange tank, a coil pipe is arranged in the heat exchange tank, electric heaters and high-pressure water torches are arranged on walls of the heat exchange tank, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at a bottom outlet of the heat exchange tank. The sedimentation tank, the extrusion tank and the heat exchange tank are all arranged underground, and automatic filter screen cleaners are arranged at outlets of the sedimentation tank, the extrusion tank and the heat exchange tank respectively. Sensors are arranged in the sedimentation tank, the extrusion tank and the heat exchange tank respectively and connected with a master control system. The novel sewage treatment equipment and the utilization method have advantages that heat energy can be recovered and utilized during separation ofsludge in wastewater, and sludge waste is briquetted to make it convenient for subsequent treatment.
