impurity-removed coarse 
coal gas enters a first conversion furnace, a primary 
conversion reaction is performed, the converted gas after the 
conversion reaction is divided into two parts, one part enters a converted gas first 
waste heat boiler, the other part enters the coarse coal gas 
superheater, the two obtained converted gases enter a converted gas first water separator in a combined manner, the gas discharged from the converted gas first water separator is divided into two parts, one part enters a second conversion furnace, a deep 
conversion reaction is performed, the other part is a second conversion furnace bypass, the second conversion furnace bypass and the converted gas obtained after deep conversion enter a converted gas second 
waste heat boiler after the combining, the gas discharged from the converted gas second waste heat boiler enters a converted gas second water separator, and gas-liquid separation is performed to obtain the converted gas product. According to the present invention, with the coarse coal gas conversion process, the problems of low energy efficiency, 
high energy consumption and difficultly-controlled conversion reaction degree of the existing conversion process can be solved.
