The method specifically comprises the following steps that (1) green radish seeds are immersed in a seed soaking agent at the temperature of 42-44 DEG C for heat-preservation soaking, the agent is drained out, and the seeds are taken out, magnetized and dried, wherein the seed soaking agent is prepared from borax, zinc chloride, piperis longi polysaccharide, cynomorium songaricum polysaccharide, carambola leaf polysaccharide, jujube extract and water; (2) the green radish seeds treated in the first step are sowed in planting holes of planting land, wherein the sowing depth is 1.6-1.8 cm, one seed is sowed in each hole, and the hole distance is 36-38 cm; before sowing, composted meal manure is applied to the planting land, and a ferrous sulfate nutrient solution is sprayed on leaf surfaces once in the early growth stage of fleshy roots and the middle growth stage of the fleshy roots separately. By means of the method, the content of the bioactive substances such as carotenoid, anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin of the green radishes is effectively increased, and the nutrition and health care value of the green radishes is greatly improved.
