river sand, crushed stones,
cement, water, blending agents and chemical additives in proportion to prepare ecological concrete; D, improved
soil preparation, including mixing minerals and
detritus into
red soil; E, base improvement and
ecological rehabilitation under a normal
water level, including paving ecological concrete members; F, base improvement and
ecological rehabilitation between the normal
water level and a flood level, including paving cast-in-place ecological concrete; G, base improvement and ecological
rehabilitation above the flood level, including paving stone, filling concrete holes and stone gaps with soil, and planting
vegetation in the concrete holes and the stone gaps; H, base improvement and ecological
rehabilitation at the top of the windward side embankment, including paving sandy soil and planting
vegetation; and I, maintenance and management. The base improvement and ecological
