The invention provides a method for degumming soybean blended oil with immobilized phospholipase A2. The blended oil is preevaporated to increase the contact possibility between the oil and the immobilized enzyme, thereby reducing the inactivation of the immobilized enzyme. The method optimizes the optimum parameters of the reaction temperature, initial reaction pH, addition amount of the immobilized enzyme, reaction time and other degumming conditions. The immobilized phospholipase A2 is used for degumming the soybean blended oil, thereby enhancing the activity and stability of the enzyme in the reaction system, reducing the scaling and pipeline blockage caused by the precipitation of colloids (phospholipid and the like) in the oil. enhancing the utilization ratio of equipment, and lowering the oil refinement cost; besides, the phosphorus content in the final enzyme-method degummed soybean oil obtained by degumming the soybean blended oil with the immobilized phospholipase A2 can be obviously lowered to 11.56 mg/kg; the color of the obtained raw oil (Y35, R6.5, and Lovibond 25.4mm dispoable cuvettes) is better than the color of conventionally degummed oil (Y35, R7.6, and Lovibond 25.4mm dispoable cuvettes); and thus, the method has important meanings for oil refinement.
