Disclosed is an intelligent controller for a steamed bun cutter. A counter and an
electromagnetic clutch controller conventionally controlled by a
cutting motor are controlled by a stepping motor instead. Rolling
motor control and pressing
motor control are integrated. All-digital speed regulation is adopted. Therefore, cost is lowered,
energy consumption is lowered,
noise is reduced, and weight is reduced. Double closed-
loop control of a pressing motor and a rolling motor is implemented, so that steamed buns are equal in shape and size. A photoelectric
ranging sensor is installed below a cutter, so that counting the number of the steamed buns is achieved and management mechanism is added on the basis of operations of the rolling motor, the
cutting motor and the photoelectric
ranging sensor. Records can be inquired conveniently with an added calender
clock. The intelligent controller has the functions of power failure detection, zero-cross detection,
continuous operation between power failure and power up,
delay startup of initial operation and the like. In addition, all operating modules are
weak current buttons, so that safety is increased. The whole intelligent controller integrates
software and hardware and is controlled highly intelligently.
