The invention belongs to the field of
metal fiber porous materials, and discloses a
metal fiber porous material prepared from aluminum
alloy wires with a bent structure, a preparation method and application thereof. The
metal fiber porous material is made by placing the aluminum
alloy short wires with bent structure evenly in a special mold, and then applying a pressure of 0.1-1T to the special mold,
sintering at 540-580°C in a
vacuum state, and
cooling down to 100°C. After ~200℃, it is prepared by cooling in the furnace. The
metal fiber porous material of the invention has controllable
porosity, light weight, high strength and connected pores. The preparation process of the present invention is simple, has strong
operability, is easy to realize industrialized production, and is applied in the field of preparation and production of
metal fiber porous materials.
