The invention relates to a biosensor, particularly relates to a preparation method and catalytic application of a Nafion/horseradish peroxidase/tricobalt tetraoxide-graphene/ionic liquid carbon paste electrode (Nafion/HRP/Co3O4-GR/CILE) and belongs to the technical field of electrochemical analysis and detection. According to the preparation method of the Nafion/HRP/Co3O4-GR/CILE, an ionic liquid carbon paste electrode is used as a substrate electrode, and by virtue of the specific advantages of a Co3O4-GR nano composite material of large surface area and good biocompatibility, HRP is adsorbed on the surface of the material; and furthermore, the material is fixed by a Nafion film to prepare the Nafion/HRP/Co3O4-GR/CILE. HRP in the modified electrode keeps a natural structure and biological activity. Research on electrochemical properties of the modified electrode shows that the modified electrode has good electrochemical catalysis capability on trichloroacetic acid (TCA), and can be used for effectively detecting TCA, and the detection limit is 0.33mmol/L. The preparation method and the catalytic application, provided by the invention, do not cause environmental pollution; the modified electrode has good stability, repeatability and sensitivity, and the preparation process is simple, low in cost and easy to operate, so that the modified electrode has wide social benefits.

By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the buffer layer structure is simplified, the buffer layer quality is improved, and the equipment cost is reduced, so that a key technology and a structure are provided for researching the high-temperature superconducting coating conductor buffer layer, and the method is suitable for large-scale production application.

The invention relates to an aqueous mixed electrolyte and an application thereof in a zinc ion mixed supercapacitor. The invention discloses a mixed electrolyte taking organic zinc salt as a solute and water and ethylene glycol as solvents. The mixed electrolyte has ionic conductivity equivalent to that of an aqueous solution and a lower freezing point (less than -20 DEG C). The ethylene glycol interacts with anions in the organic zinc salt, so that the solvation state of zinc ions in the mixed electrolyte is changed, the electron cloud density of hydrogen in the zinc ion hydration structure is reduced, the hydrogen evolution reaction is effectively inhibited, the potential window of the hydrogen evolution reaction is widened, and the influence of gas production of the aqueous battery on the cycling stability is relieved. The adsorption effect of zinc ions on the surface of the activated carbon is enhanced, a faster and more efficient adsorption and desorption reaction can occur on the surface of the activated carbon, and the specific capacity of the hybrid supercapacitor is improved. The introduction of ethylene glycol and the organic zinc salt can greatly improve the conductivity of the mixed electrolyte at low temperature, thereby improving the power density of the hybrid supercapacitor at low temperature, and further widening the working temperature and application range of the hybrid supercapacitor.

The invention discloses a method for constructing a type III collagen photoelectrochemical sensor based on a rhenium disulfide nanosheet and an application. The method comprises the following steps offirstly, preparing 1-butyl-3-dodecyl imidazole bromide salt ionic liquid; taking the ionic liquid as an auxiliary reagent; successfully manufacturing a rhenium disulfide two-dimensional lamellar nano-material by using probe ultrasonic stripping; and constructing the type III collagen photoelectrochemical sensor on the basis of a rhenium disulfide nano-sheet modified electrode and loading of a type III collagen antibody, and realizing specific detection of type III collagen by taking white light as an excitation light source. In the invention, the ionic liquid is used as a stripping agent to be inserted into or attached to a nano lamellar structure of rhenium disulfide so that rhenium disulfide nanosheet agglomeration can be effectively avoided, and stripping efficiency is improved; and rhenium disulfide belongs to a direct band gap material, and has a better photoelectric property than other transition metal disulphides so that high-selectivity and high-sensitivity analysis of the type III collagen is realized.
