The invention relates to an antioxidative anti-aging SOD nano-selenium peptide composition. Every 100 g of the composition is prepared from a million and a half activity units to six million and a half activity units of SOD, 35-70 g of hemoglobin peptide, 15-50 g of oligosaccharide, 4-8 mg of nano-selenium, 5,000-7,200 mg of zinc gluconate, 1,000-2,200 mg of manganese gluconate and 600-1,200 mg of copper gluconate.
