This invention provides an
agarwood-infused stimulating
chewing gum and its preparation method. The
chewing gum comprises a
gum base,
agarwood leaf extract,
xylitol,
maltitol, natural
menthol, guarana extract, and a complex of stimulating active ingredients. The
agarwood leaf extract is obtained through a complex
enzymatic hydrolysis-ultrasonic extraction process, while the
green tea extract is obtained through ultrasonic
alcohol extraction,
enzymatic hydrolysis,
macroporous resin purification, membrane
filtration, concentration, and
drying. During preparation, the
gum base is preheated and softened, and excipients and active ingredients are added sequentially. The mixture is then homogenized under vacuum
inert gas protection, followed by secondary homogenization refining,
extrusion calendering, cooling and
slicing, and finally coated with a double-layer slow-release
coating to obtain the finished product. This invention features a highly efficient extraction process, high
retention rate of active ingredients, and low bitterness of
green tea. The product is natural and
caffeine-free, with multiple components synergistically stimulating and relieving
mental fatigue. It offers long-lasting slow release, a refreshing and pleasant taste, high safety, and is suitable for a wide range of people.
