Preparation of boron nitride material anchored cobalt ferrite composite catalyst and application of boron nitride material anchored cobalt ferrite composite catalyst in catalytic degradation of oxytetracycline

The invention provides preparation of a boron nitride material anchored cobalt ferrite composite catalyst and application of the boron nitride material anchored cobalt ferrite composite catalyst in catalytic degradation of oxytetracycline. According to the preparation method, the boron nitride material anchored cobalt ferrite composite catalyst BNMTs (at) CoFe2O4 and H-BN (at) CoFe2O4 are prepared by adopting a coprecipitation and hydrothermal method. According to an advanced oxidation process based on activated peroxymonosulfate (PMS), the composite catalyst is used for degrading oxytetracycline, and H-BN (at) CoFe2O4 / PMS and BNMTs (at) CoFe2O4 / PMS systems both show good degradation performance and cycling stability on the oxytetracycline. The BNMTs-coated CoFe2O4 has abundant mesopores and oxygen-containing groups, so that CoFe2O4 is more effectively fixed and dispersed, the activation of PMS is remarkably enhanced, and the degradation performance on oxytetracycline is more excellent. The method is expected to provide more thoughts for reasonable design of a boron nitride material and a transition metal activated PMS system and application in the aspects of removal of refractory organic wastewater and the like.

Oxytetracycline wastewater treatment process

The invention discloses an oxytetracycline wastewater treatment process. The oxytetracycline wastewater treatment process includes steps that oxytetracycline wastewater is filtered by a centrifugal machine and subjected to adsorption through adsorption resins, the potential of hydrogen (PH) value is adjusted to 6-7, filtering is performed by a precise filter which is 1 mum in precision, a common reverse osmosis membrane system is used for concentration, an electroosmosis system is used for desalination, a reverse osmosis (RO) concentrated solution serves as water supply of an electroosmosis fresh water chamber, a large part of RO dialysate directly reaches the standards to be discharged, a small part of the dialysate serves as a water supply of an electroosmosis concentrated water chamber and an electrode water chamber, inorganic salt in a fresh water chamber concentrated solution is continuously moved to the concentrated water chamber under the action of an electroosmosis electric field, a fresh water chamber low-pressure RO concentrated solution after desalination is delivered into a high-pressure RO system to be subjected to concentration to obtain a high-pressure RO concentrated solution, high-pressure RO dialysate reaches the standards to be discharged, and finally, evaporation is performed in an evaporation process. By means of the oxytetracycline wastewater treatment process, water outlet COD is smaller than 100mg / L, discharging up to standards can be directly performed, environmental protection can be achieved, and costs are saved.

A Fluorescence Detection Method of Oxytetracycline Based on Surface Passivation and Covalent Coupling

ActiveCN110118759BRealize detectionHas the function of universal detectionFluorescence/phosphorescencePhysisorptionPolystyrene
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring, and relates to an oxytetracycline fluorescence detection method based on surface passivation and covalent coupling. The covalent coupling between the surface of two-dimensional MOF nanosheets and DNA can effectively utilize the limited adsorption sites on the surface of MOF nanosheets, enhance the ability of nanosheets to adsorb DNA molecules, and reduce the background fluorescence signal. At the same time, the use of short-chain DNA molecules as signal reporter molecules can effectively improve the fluorescence recovery efficiency, while the addition of surface passivator sodium polystyrene sulfonate in the reaction system further weakens the adsorption ability of nanosheets to signal reporter molecules, making MOF nanosheets The chip sensor improves the linear response to low concentration OTC and enhances the detection performance of OTC. The detection method of the invention can effectively reduce the fluorescence background value, increase the signal response value induced by the target, and effectively improve the detection performance of the fluorescent sensing platform constructed based on the principle of physical adsorption for oxytetracycline.

High-content oxytetracycline injection and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a high-content oxytetracycline injection and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of oxytetracycline injections for veterinary use. Every 100 mL of the oxytetracycline injection comprises 30 g to 35 g of oxytetracycline, 2.0 g to 3.0 g of magnesium oxide, 0.3 g to 1.0 g of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, 20 g to 40 g of glycerolformal, 20 g to 40 g of N,N-dimethylacetamide, and 1.5 g to 2.0 g of monoethanolamine, with the balance being water for injection. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a proper amount of water for injection to dissolve sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate; (2) adding magnesium oxide and carrying out stirring to uniformly disperse the magnesium oxide; (3) continuing adding glycerolformal, N,N-dimethylacetamide and monoethanolamine; (4) introducing nitrogen, carrying out heating to 50-60 DEG C, adding oxytetracycline alkali, and carrying out stirring to dissolve the oxytetracycline alkali; (5) addingmonoethanolamine to adjust the pH value of the obtained solution to 8.4-8.7; and (6) supplementing water for injection until a volume is 100 mL. According to the invention, an optimal ratio is selected by screening the ratios of glycerolformal to dimethylacetamide; and it is verified that the oxytetracycline injection is good in stability, not prone to discoloring and content reduction after beingplaced for a long time, and free of sediments.

The method of using otc to control the form of complex heavy metals in domestic waste composting

The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling compound heavy metal forms of municipal refuse compost by adopting OTC (oxytetracycline). According to the method, a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe, of which the diameter is equal to 3cm, the height is equal to 25cm, is adopted, and 160 g of compost is added into the pipe; 40ml of aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 10 to 20 mmol / kg is added into the compost, wherein the temperature is 19 to 27 DEG C, and the relative humidity is 60% to 72% during the test, and water is supplemented to the compost every day under a natural light condition. A weighing method is adopted for adjusting water content, so as to keep the constant of the water content and make the water content in compost substrate reach to the maximum water-holding capacity of 70%, after curing for 45 days, sampling is carried out to analyze the forms of heavy metal. Experimental results show that after adding the OTC, the ratios of the exchangeable forms of Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn to the bound form of carbonate are all remarkably increased. By adding the OTC, the bio-available forms of the heavy metal in the compost are increased, and the non-bio-available forms are reduced, and activation is realized for the heavy metal in the compost.
