The invention belongs to the technical field of
polymer preparation, and particularly relates to a self-supporting
polypyrrole nano array as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing an
aqueous solution of hydroxypropyl-beta-
cyclodextrin on an ice surface, then adding a
pyrrole monomer, and standing to form a dispersion liquid; and (2) dropwise adding an acid solution containing an
oxidizing agent into the dispersion liquid, reacting, washing and
drying to obtain the self-supporting
polypyrrole nano array. Compared with zero-dimensional
polypyrrole nano-particles or polypyrrole nano-sheets, the array structure is a pre-constructed continuous conductive path. Moreover, the
network structure of the polypyrrole
nanosheet array with the self-supporting structure can interpenetrate with a
resin matrix, uniformly transfer stress, inhibit crack propagation and easily form a continuous conductive path,
high conductivity can be realized by a low addition amount, and the polypyrrole
nanosheet array can be used as a conductive filler of
polyurethane in the technical field of 3D printing; the
mechanical property and the antistatic capability of the product are improved.
