The optical laminate comprises an optical function layer layered on top of a translucent substrate, and is characterised in that: concave-convex shapes are formed in at least one surface of the optical function layer; the arithmetic mean height (Ra) of the optical function layer surface provided with the concave-convex shapes is equal to or greater than 0.040 and less than 0.200; and the distribution of angles of inclination in the optical function layer surface provided with the concave-convex shapes is such that the proportion of angles of 0.2 degrees or less in the distribution of angles of inclination is 30-95%.
