metal strip, or using a high-frequency
induction heating assembly to heat the non-lead
metal strip, then contacting the lug cluster and the non-lead
metal strip, and melting the lug cluster and the solder, and after cooling, the lug cluster and the non-lead metal strip are welded together; S3, according to the series and parallel connection requirements of the battery, the non-lead metal strip welded with the lug cluster in the step S2 is
cut, and the
cut non-lead metal strip forms the final
busbar of the storage battery. The process has high safety, the
busbar is firmly welded, and the production cost of the storage battery is reduced.
