The invention relates to a culture nutriment for agrocybe aegerita, which consists of dry duck manure, corn meal, dry rabbit manure, dry pig manure, wheat straw powder, corncob meal, sorghum meal, green grass powder, glucose, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, paclobutrazol and oxygenation powder. A method of the culture nutriment comprises the following steps of: mixing the first eight substances according to a ratio, and pouring the substances into a pulverizer for pulverizing to form about 180-mesh granules; taking the granules out, adding the glucose, the ammonium hydrogen carbonate, the paclobutrazol and the oxygenation powder, and stirring uniformly; pouring the mixture into a stirrer, and stirring for 80 minutes; taking the mixture out, adding the mixture into water according to a ratio of 1:1.6-1:1.8, and stirring uniformly to form a stack; stacking and prewetting for 48 hours, pouring into a ferment pond, and stacking and fermenting for 48 hours; adding manure water in a ratio of 1:0.5, stirring uniformly, stacking, turning the stack over once; and turning the stack over for four times at spacing intervals of 7 days, 6 days, 5 days, 4 days and 3 days, adding the water in a ratio of 1: 0.5 when replenishing the manure water every time, and fermenting the culture nutriment to be consistent to obtain the qualified culture nutriment.
