The insulation curtain device comprises a main body frame, a base, an inclined pedal, a movable pedal assembly, a first insulation curtain assembly, a second insulation curtain assembly, an insulation curtain transmission mechanism, a disinfectant container, a spraying device and a double-acting pump.
