According to the invention, by arranging the waste heat recovery device, the waste heat of the driving motor of the vehicle can be recovered, so that the heat exchange with a refrigerant is carried out, the loss of energy is reduced, and when a group of condensers and an evaporator are arranged in the vehicle, the problem of frost on the windshield, when the cold mode and the hoe mode are switched, is solved.
