A tool holder (1), in particular, of the clamping chuck type, is disclosed, the housing portion (5) of which comprises clamping means (9), provided for fixing a shaft (15) of a rotating tool central to a rotational axis (7) of the tool holder (1) and defining a housing opening (13) for said shaft (15). The clamping means (9) can be radially adjusted between a radially-extended release position for the insertion or removal of the shaft (15) and a clamping position, in which the clamping means (9) exert a radial compression seating force on the shaft (15), holding the shaft (15). The clamping means (9) are provided with a clamping surface (17) with a cylindrical contour, which makes a surface contact with the outer circumferential surface (19) of the shaft (15) in the clamping position. The invention provides a metal bipolar plate for a proton exchange membrane fuel battery and an electric pile formed by the metal bipolar plate. The metal bipolar plate is formed through the combination of a cathode unipolar plate and an anode unipolar plate made of thin metal plates, wherein the cathode unipolar plate and the anode unipolar plate are arranged in a back-to-back way, fuel gas cavities (1), cooling medium cavities (3) and oxidant gas cavities (2), which are correspondingly coincided are arranged on both the left sides and the right sides of the plate bodies of the cathode unipolar plate and the anode unipolar plate, flow field zones are arranged in the middles of the plate bodies, and a plurality of arc-shaped bosses and a plurality of arc-shaped grooves, which correspond to each other, are arranged in the flow field zones. The electric pile is formed through the overlapping of a plurality of single batteries which are connected in series, and each single battery consists of the cathode unipolar plate, the anode unipolar plate and a membrane electrode assembly between the cathode unipolar plate and the anode unipolar plate. The great contact of the metal bipolar plate with the membrane electrode assembly is well ensured through the self elastic deformation of the metal bipolar plate. The stress relaxation of the electric pile can be automatically compensated, and clamp force for the normal work of the electric pile can be maintained, so that the performance and the service life of the proton exchange membrane fuel battery are improved and prolonged.
