The invention relates to a prefabricated energy-saving new
residence structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The structure is characterized by comprising prefabricated foundation plates, prefabricated wall plates, an integral roof, prefabricated floors and an
external wall insulation integral plate which are prefabricated and formed; the prefabricated foundation plates and the prefabricatedwall plates are connected by reserved bayonet grooves and concrete; the adjacent prefabricated wall plates are connected and fixed through reserved holes, embedded
steel plates and bolts; the integralroof comprises light steel keels,
calcium silicate plates, a waterproof layer, wood strips, rock
wool insulation plates and prefabricated antique
cement tiles from inside to outside sequentially; thelight steel keels of the integral roof and the embedded
steel plates of the prefabricated wall plates are connected and fixed by bolts. Independent prefabricated structures are adopted, the
prefabrication process of the members is conducted in a factory, and then the members are transferred to a construction site for
assembly;
assembly nodes among the members are reasonably designed, the membershave certain deformation resistance capability, are simple and quick to assemble and operate, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
