The invention discloses a
pressure regulator which comprises a shell. The shell is internally provided with an adjusting cavity, an air inlet cavity and a transition cavity, an air bag is installed inthe adjusting cavity, the adjusting cavity is communicated with the air inlet cavity through an air hole, the air inlet cavity is communicated with the transition cavity through a
small hole, throughholes are formed in the two sides of the air inlet cavity, an ejecting rod is arranged in the middle of the air inlet cavity, a return spring sleeves the vertical section of the ejecting rod, the topof the vertical section of the ejecting rod penetrates through the air hole and extends upwards to be connected with the air bag, a first sphere is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal section ofthe ejecting rod, a
gasket is arranged on the inner wall of the air inlet cavity, and a seal hole coaxial with the
small hole is formed in the middle of the
gasket. Aiming at the problem that when
gas lift production is conducted in the prior art, adjustment on
high pressure air flow is inaccurate, and then the oil-production efficiency is lowered is solved, by arranging different cavities, the
high pressure air flow is subjected to linkage control, the
high pressure air flow circulates between a sleeve and an oil
pipe more smoothly, adjustment is more accurate, and then the
gas lift production efficiency is improved.
