The invention relates to a device for realizing the scour
corrosion test of the
impeller of a sea water pump. The device is composed of an
impeller installation module, a
corrosion environment
simulation module, a scour condition
simulation module and an acceleration module; an
impeller under test is arranged in the water tank of the
corrosion environment
simulation module; the water tank of the corrosion environment simulation module is filled with
artificial seawater; the impeller under test is installed on the installation shaft of the impeller installation module and is connected with a variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency driver through the installation shaft; a scour
nozzle of the corrosion environment simulation module, which is corresponding to the impeller under test,is arranged in the water tank; and the scour
nozzle is connected with the output opening of a circulating water pump through the flowmeter, shrinking
pipe section, rectifying device, sand
injection device and regulating valve of the scour condition simulation module; the input opening of the circulating water pump is connected with the
bottom water outlet of the water tank through a pipeline anda filtering device; and the circulating water pump is connected with a circulating water pump variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency driver. With the device of the invention adopted, the real
working environment of the impeller of the sea water pump can be simulated, the scour corrosion tests of impellers of various types and specifications can be carried out, and the reliability of theimpellers can be evaluated.
