The invention belongs to an air train with suspension type solar cell panels. A row of columns is erected in the middle or each of two sides of a road, crossbeams are erected on the columns, upright beams are erected on the crossbeams, the solar cell panels are mounted on the upright beams, steel channels are hoisted below the upright beams, steel wheels with axles are placed in the steel channels, the axles transversely penetrate through a chassis of the train, the chassis is connected with the train by a frame in a hinged manner, springs of the trains contact with bare wires below the crossbeams, the solar cell panels are connected with the bare wires and a state grid by leads, and automobiles run below the train. By the aid of the air train with the method, spaces are sufficiently utilized, a half of land is saved, and safety accident rate is low. Besides, the invention is applicable to high-speed trains, is sun-shading, protects a road surface against being exposed to the sun, can block snow, prevents ice and snow on the road surface from stopping running of the automobile, and can further provide clean energy resources for the trains, electric automobiles and the state grid.
