The device consists of a start-stop signal multi-route selection and distribution controller and a communication time delay calculation module, wherein the start-stop signal multi-route selection and distribution controller receives a transmitting starting signal, a receiving starting signal and a bus topological indication signal output by communication ports of the master station or the slave stations; and the start-stop signal multi-route selection and distribution controller is connected with the communication time delay calculation module through the receiving starting and transmitting starting indication signals. The method and the system have the advantages of simple implementation, few occupied resources, no additional signal line and no need of arranging an independent execution time synchronization starting signal line.

The invention discloses a method for accessing historical data, which comprises the steps that: an original table is established; every collected piece of historical data record is divided into the original table according to collecting time so as to obtain original sub-tables; marking ID number fields are set for the original sub-tables and a non-clustered index is created on the ID number fields; information tables corresponding to the original sub-tables are generated according to the historical data records and the ID number fields in the original sub-tables; inquiry operation is carried out according to input inquiry condition and the inquiry mode of the original sub-table scanning or the information table pre-scanning chosen by the original sub-tables and the information tables; the historical data record which accords with the inquiry condition is obtained after the inquiry operation is carried out according to the inquiry mode of the original sub-table scanning or the information table pre-scanning; the invention also discloses a device for accessing the historical data, and the efficiency of inquiring the historical data can be enhanced on the basis of the method and the device.
