The constituents are evenly emulsified in an emulsification tank and the formed eye patch is filled with the constituents, so that the eye patch is obtained. The eye patch is pasted to the corresponding eye and xanthophylls is directly absorbed through the eye skin; the sodium hyaluronate is added to a formula to serve as a skin penetration enhancer, so that the skin penetration absorption rate of the xanthophylls is increased.
