The method comprises the following steps that (1) after sludge earthworm casts is laid on a middle-layer earthworm bed, earthworms are inoculated, and after sludge is granulated, a top-layer earthworm ridge is carpeted with sludge particles; (2) a lower-layer earthworm collection bed, the middle-layer earthworm bed and the top-layer earthworm ridge are stacked, the ridge is covered with breathable black-out cloth, and the earthworms crawl from the middle layer to the upper layer to treat the sludge particles for 7-10 days; (3) the top-layer earthworm ridge is naturally air-dried for 2 days and taken away, and the earthworms automatically crawl into the middle-layer earthworm bed; (4) fresh earthworm casts in the middle-layer earthworm bed are shoveled out to prepare a turbid solution for inoculating florae, the turbid solution is sprayed in the sludge in the top-layer earthworm ridge, and stabilizing is carried out for 7-10 days to form the earthworm compost; (5) a new earthworm ridge is added on the middle-layer earthworm bed as the top-layer earthworm ridge, the operation processes are repeated, and the earthworm compost can be obtained constantly.
